About The Position

The Medical Channel Dealer Services Representative is responsible for maintaining and enabling Cascade Designs to provide best-in-class service to our consumers, dealers, sales representatives and distributors for the Medical channel. The Medical Representative is the first point of contact, interacting with customers and internal departments to ensure product is received on-time, in-full and the customer is happy. This position plays a critical role in our ability to achieve the Medical Division's revenue, profitability and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the Medical field
  • Knowledge of and some experience domestic and international Medical regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to negotiate and work effectively with development partners and outside organizations.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and make key presentations, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the Medical Division throughout Cascade Design's organization.
  • Partner with the Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and complete. When delays and issues occur, provide excellent customer service to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Implement price changes and sales programs in the market to ensure revenue and profit targets are achieved.
  • As needed, support product line planning for the Medical Division. Provide customer feedback on new product opportunities to deliver long-term company growth.
  • Support the management of the Medical division's marketing efforts.This may include supporting the production of promotions, collateral, trade show and special event planning, public relations, social media and website ensure the best possible representation of the VARILITE brand in the market.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the long-term strategic growth plan for the Medical Division.
  • Play an active role in the preparation and management of the annual Medical Division financial plan, including revenue forecast and expense budget.
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
