About The Position

Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue new innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors. The Dealer Experience Representative (DXR) is responsible for all aspects of order processing from the initial contact until the dealer is satisfied with the delivery of their order. The DXR is the primary contact for the sales team and is responsible for assuring the dealer receives excellent service, in addition to acting with Leadership as a dealer advocate. This position reports to the Dealer Experience Supervisor and is based out of our Hyde Park, UT office.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Must be able to type 35-40 WPM
  • Must be technically inclined
  • Energetic customer phone skills – must trouble shoot customer product problems
  • Able to disassemble and reassemble top selling products by end of the 3-month probationary period
  • Type 35-40 WPM
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Energetic Phone Skills – must diagnose and resolve questions on the fly
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Able to follow process/flow documentation
  • Strong dealer service focus
  • Self-starter with a “Can do” attitude
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial
  • Good comprehension, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy with a sense of urgency
  • Strong collaborative team player the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong time management skills are essential
  • Ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for incoming dealer calls
  • Answer incoming calls / respond to voicemail within 24 hours
  • Respond to emails from dealers within 24 hours
  • Enter and manage dealer orders with 100% accuracy
  • Issue Return Authorizations / create shipping labels as needed
  • Communicate sales orders changes to all appropriate departments
  • Develop and maintain positive dealer relations with buyers and staff
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from management and team members
  • Monitor and maintain order book daily
  • Be proactive and demonstrate problem solving skills
