About The Position

As a Dealer Sales Representative, you'll be the engine driving our dealership customer acquisition. Working from our Buckhead office, you'll execute high-volume outbound campaigns to engage warm leads, qualify prospects, book demos, and close business. This is a hands-on, phone-intensive role where your daily activity (calls, texts, emails) directly translates to revenue. You'll showcase how Carpool's technology streamlines vehicle transport for dealerships and build the foundation for lasting partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or call center sales experience
Demonstrated success in high-volume, metrics-driven sales environments
Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets
Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain energy throughout the day
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be based in Atlanta, GA and work in-office at our Buckhead location

Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound campaigns daily via phone, text, and email to convert warm leads into active customers
Conduct virtual demos and product presentations to dealership decision-makers
Build and nurture relationships with clients through consistent, multi-channel communication
Manage and maintain a clean, active sales pipeline in the CRM with meticulous follow-up
Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Develop working knowledge of Carpool's platform and the vehicle logistics industry
