Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in dealer finance or consumer lending.
Proven sales track record in attracting and retaining customers.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient PC skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with auto dealers for various financial products across assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealer performance and profitability.
Conduct regular meetings with dealers to discuss finance products and address needs.
Generate new business opportunities to meet sales goals and expand dealer network.
Deliver training and mentoring to new and less experienced team members.
Participate in the development of operational policies relevant to dealer relationships.
