About The Position
To ensure that all dealer returns are investigated, processed, and responded to in a timely manner
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read packaging specifications in English
- Ability to navigate through SAP screens
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Ford System
Responsibilities
- Reviews all returns from dealers to get to root cause
- Respond to issues in the Ford PCS claim site
- Confirms all necessary paperwork that arrives with the stock
- Completes the return process or denies complaints based on investigation
- Break down all stock
- Works with the warehouse to return material to stock.
- Performs other duties as assigned
