About The Position

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting for vehicle sales and related transactions in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• Prior dealership accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background check, MVR, and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Prior dealership accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deal posting and deal costing
• Track Contracts in Transit (CIT) and vehicle receivables
• Verify commissions, rebates, and dealer cash
• Resolve daily deal issues
• Process lien payoffs, refunds, and warranty cancellations
• Assist with the month‑end close and accounting schedules
