About The Position

It’s a great time to join the Notion Deal Desk! We are moving up-market, and need a strategic, creative, and thoughtful partner for our Enterprise Sales Team. You will shepherd our biggest deals across the line, experiment with new deal structures, and drive sustainable business practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Deal Desk, and a track record of supporting seven figure deals at F100 accounts.
  • Fantastic communication skills. You will need to be able to quickly, accurately, and clearly summarize a deal and convey deal approval decisions.
  • An eye for detail. We will need you to catch those subtle changes that have a big impact on deal terms.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales Process and the factors that can influence a negotiation.
  • Experience with different business models, including seat based licensing and usage based pricing.
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice To Haves

  • Working understanding of revenue recognition principals under ASC 606
  • Experience in a customer facing role

Responsibilities

  • You will be the subject matter expert on commercial terms, deal structures, and quote to order processes for the Enterprise Sales Team.
  • You will partner with Sales to craft the best deals for Notion and its customers.
  • You will support experimental deal structures and Sales Plays by coordinating with cross functional teams including Legal, Billing, Biz Tech, Monetization, and the broader Rev Ops team.
  • You will design bespoke deal structures to support complex use cases.
  • We will also look to you to train the Deal Desk on the successful deal structures, launching them more broadly.
