HII-Mission Technologies anticipates future opportunities for a skilled Business Process Analyst to support a Government security organization dedicated to protecting our nation's critical assets through enterprise risk management, continuous innovation, and mission excellence. In this role, you would conduct stakeholder analysis, gather and document requirements, and develop business use cases and workflow process maps to enable new business systems and enhancements to existing systems. The Business Process Analyst shall become very knowledgeable in the Government customer’s business workflows and use of applications as well as existing system functionality. Characteristics of a successful candidate include having effective organization, project management, and time management skills; possessing strong analytical and critical thinking skills; possessing good customer-handling skills; and demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills.
