We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am- plus overtime Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts. 3rd Shift Rate $23.50 ($21.00 plus $2.50 shift differential) Sign on bonus of $500 after 30, 60, 90 days ($1500 total!) Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing outstanding work.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • A determined and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work the 3rd shift and uphold a regular work timetable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
  • Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods.
  • Help site management align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing required documentation and records.
  • Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
  • Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
  • Strictly follow Company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
