DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator, 2nd shift

Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance! Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- High level of precision and well-developed organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Dependable, timely, and capable of working alone or collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
- Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flawless flow of goods.
- Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions.
- Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail.
- Follow Company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure seamless operations.
- Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
