We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am- plus overtime Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts. 3rd Shift Rate $23.50 ($21.00 plus $2.50 shift differential) Sign on bonus of $500 after 30, 60, 90 days ($1500 total!) Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance

Requirements

Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing outstanding work.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members.
A determined and proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work the 3rd shift and uphold a regular work timetable.

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods.
Help site management align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing required documentation and records.
Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
Strictly follow Company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
