Job Summary The DC Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational and administrative needs of the Distribution Center. This position partners closely with DC leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, training, and employee engagement, while also assisting with enterprise-wide initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to develop actionable solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Copilot) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in McKesson Operations Systems (SAP, Labor Management, Ariba, Accumax, Workday, etc.).
  • Demonstrated organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying situations.
  • Commitment to McKesson’s ICARE and ILEAD values and culture.
  • Primarily office-based; occasional time in warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (5–6 hours daily).

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and local policies, practices, and systems.
  • Previous experience in operations or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with local and enterprise policies.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external meetings and events.
  • Assist in planning and delivering annual site trainings and compliance sessions, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
  • Partner with management to maintain accurate attendance records, payroll verification, and incentive administration.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-wide programs, including employee engagement activities and other initiatives as assigned.
  • Additional administrative responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.
