DBT Therapist
About The Position
Ohel is seeking an experienced DBT Therapist with intensive DBT training and 3+ years’ experience treating high-acuity clients, especially youth and young adults, in an outpatient Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (MHOTRS) setting. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Candidate must have a strong commitment to community-based, mission-driven work and the ability to work professionally and sensitively in a trauma-informed environment. Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. This full time position is based in Brooklyn and is a hybrid role including both in-person and virtual service delivery. Availability required for weekdays, and at least some evenings and Sunday. Salary $100,000- $110,000
Requirements
- Valid license or limited permit (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, Psychologist)
- Intensive DBT training; 3+ years with high-acuity cases
- Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings
- Availability required for weekdays, and at least some evenings and Sunday

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group DBT with fidelity to the model
- Deliver trauma-informed care to complex presentations
- Complete comprehensive assessments and high-quality clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
