Daytime Cleaning Technician No Night or Weekend
About The Position
Dirt Fighters is seeking a Daytime Cleaning Technician to clean common areas in apartment communities and prepare vacant apartments for new residents across multiple properties in the St. Louis metro area. This role offers steady daytime hours, typically Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with no night or weekend work. The position starts at $18/hour, with a clear path for pay growth including a $1/hour raise at 90 days for strong performance, and additional performance-based raises twice per year thereafter, based on reliability, quality of work, and contribution.

- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
