About The Position
We are seeking Night Shift Cleaning Technicians to join our team and deliver hands-on commercial kitchen deep cleaning, route based fryer cleaning and oil filtration services, plus equipment cleaning support. This role is part of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, a leading provider of "Going Green" services for commercial kitchens. Filta helps businesses extend the life of their cooking oil, reduce environmental waste, and maintain cleaner, safer kitchens. For over 25 years, Filta has specialized in cleaning deep fryers and recycling cooking oil. Our used cooking oil recycling franchise provides an on-site fryer management service oil micro-filtration, and a thorough vacuum-based detail cleaning of each fryer during every visit. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required by our insurance carrier.
- Reliable personal transportation to/from the shop.
- Physically capable to handle frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, twisting, scrubbing, push and pulling, lifting up to 75lbs, while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions
Responsibilities
- Deep clean commercial kitchens
- Perform fryer cleaning and microfiltration
- Reliable and Dependable to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts
- Provide high quality customer service that “wows” the customer
- Manage time and complete service calls on schedule.
- Operate and take proper care of all equipment provided
- Demonstrate safe driving habits while keeping service vehicles clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and wear all appropriate PPE at all times.
- Effective and timely communication with management
- Correctly utilize our service app
