Cleaning Technician – Daytime Schedule (Full-Time Growth Opportunity)
About The Position

This is a full-time position (35–40 hours/week) with opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement. What We Offer Full-time opportunity (35–40 hours per week) Clear path for advancement and leadership roles Consistent daytime schedule Paid training (orientation + field training) Supportive, team-focused work environment Schedule & Hours Monday–Friday: Start between 8:30–8:45 AM , finish around 4:30–5:00 PM At least 1 weekend day per month required Typical schedule ranges from 35–40 hours per week Hours may vary depending on workload and scheduling needs. Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative will consistently have opportunities to maintain full-time hours. When daily assignments are completed early, team members are expected to: Assist teammates in the field Help with supplies, organization, or cleaning tasks at the office Continue contributing wherever needed Schedule Flexibility While our standard start time is between 8:30–8:45 AM, there are occasional opportunities to start earlier (as early as 7:30 AM), especially on Tuesdays. Flexibility for these earlier start times is a strong plus and allows team members to take on additional hours and responsibility.
Requirements
- No formal education required
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Completion of orientation and field training
- Must pass: Drug screening, DMV screening, Criminal background check, Reference checks, Insurance eligibility requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle and valid insurance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the day
- Ability to lift 40–50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work at a steady pace for a full shift
- Ability to clean floors on hands and knees when necessary
- Exposure to dust, pet hair, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Working in varying temperatures
- Driving between job sites throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as Airbnb turnovers, hotels, or janitorial work is a strong plus, as this role requires both speed and attention to detail.
- Flexibility for these earlier start times is a strong plus and allows team members to take on additional hours and responsibility.
