HVAC Service & Installation Technician - Growth Opportunity
About The Position
AdvantaServ is a locally rooted and growing service company focused on residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services. We’re known for our professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach - and we’re looking for dependable, well-rounded HVAC professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow with a strong local team. We’re currently accepting applications for experienced apprentices, journeyman technicians, and individuals with hands-on HVAC experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- HVAC experience required - apprentice level through journeyman considered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman HVAC License preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- EPA certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ServiceTitan experience are pluses
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
- Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change-outs
- Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork systems
- Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers in their home or business
- Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders
- Work safely, efficiently, and professionally in a variety of environments
