About The Position

HVAC Installer Parker-Arntz Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is in search of an HVAC Installation / Service Technician for our Greenville, MI location. Qualified individuals must have a minimum (5) years of experience, be highly organized, self-starters, highly motivated and be able work 50+ hours per week . New commercial & residential construction, replacements, remodeling, residential & commercial service. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards when working with HVAC equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience with both Installation and Service responsibilities Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and airflow principles Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC installations and repairs Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repair work Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with both Installation and Service responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and airflow principles
