About The Position

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers. We Offer Compensation: Commission and bonus based on sales and performance. Flexibility: Depending on client needs, we will prioritize your scheduling preferences. We have multiple shifts for you to choose from. Growth: We provide online certifications and training. Select courses provide required CEUs to renew your certification(s). Paid Training: Learn the fundamentals of sales and growing your business. We offer a paid onboarding program along with ongoing 1:1 coaching. Requirements

Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Background in customer service and sales.
Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.

Responsibilities

Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
