About The Position

As a Day Service Site Supervisor, you will be a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Your role involves coordinating and managing all program functions for smooth service delivery, overseeing the hiring, training, and scheduling of Direct Support Professionals, coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served, maintaining accurate and compliant records, and acting as the primary safeguard for regulatory adherence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys leading people, and seeks a career with deep meaning.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services, OR 3 years of similar work experience can be substituted for education.
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR.
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
