We are the Arc in Saratoga County, and we support adults with developmental disabilities. You could be helping someone put their lunch in the fridge when they arrive, taking a group to the library, or doing a group activities while another staff works on goals with someone. If you have no experience working with someone with a developmental disability, we will provide you with paid training. We have Good health benefits, and time off Paid training A fun job with great colleagues Payrate of $19.00 per hour No evenings or weekends You need to have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and be a good person.
