About The Position

This position entails hosting Premium Sales experiences, Group Sales Hospitality packages, Red Sox Destinations events, and assisting the Ticket Strategy and Promotions team with ticketing initiatives. Game day staff are expected to deliver elite game day service by balancing intricate package details and unique client needs. This position is responsible for the on-site client-facing components of high-level hospitality for the duration of the clients’ event. The hourly rate for this role is $15

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering high-end customer experiences.
  • Able to identify and accomplish needs by multitasking and collaborating with teammates.
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and exhibit efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout baseball and concert season as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience within fast-paced and frequently changing environments a plus.
  • Prior knowledge of Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to guide guests through pre-game experiences, including ballpark tours, reservations, receptions, and other amenities.
  • Comfort and composure conducting game day packages and leading various size groups.
  • Manage the distribution of customized passes, gift bags, ballpark waivers, specialty giveaway items and assist with digital tickets as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and thorough inventory of required materials for game day packages by coordinating with the Game Events and Services staff.
  • Ensure suites and hospitality spaces are prepared prior to guests’ arrival.
