Your journey starts here! POSITION SUMMARY: Employee will be assigned to either Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception responsibilities. To give leadership, direction, and supervision to children in temporary child care for infant to school age children of Villa Sport members. Provide programmed activities. JOB LISTING DETAIL Villa Sport anticipates this job opportunity will close by April 1, 2026 and we have 20 positions to fill in this time. These details may change at any time based on business needs. IMPORTANT DATES: Camp starts on May 26 and ends August 7. Training starts April 27; all Counselors must be available for training. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: $15.16-$15.90 hourly, dependent upon relevant experience to the role. CO State Sick Leave pay. Complimentary club membership. Requirements

  • Position requires certification in both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire date.
  • Villa Sport will provide an opportunity to certify you.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Experience supervising children.
  • Ability to visually observe children and to physically intervene when the safety of a child could be compromised.
  • Ability to physically move with children through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor program settings and activities.
  • Physically able to lift and carry at least 40lbs.
  • May be required to meet all state requirements for working in a licensed child care facility, such as completion of 2 approved Early Childhood courses.
  • Club sponsored certification programs may be available.

  • High School Diploma Preferred.
