About The Position

Responsible for the general development of Datacom business. Responsible for sales support to Datacom customers and Branch employees on design and technical issues.

Requirements

• Successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience specifying, installing, troubleshooting, or selling datacom products.
• Strong Customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Driver’s license that meets job requirements and a motor vehicle driving record that satisfies the requirements of our casualty and liability insurance program.
• For the state of KS Class-C, MO Class-E & OK Class-D.
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds on an infrequent basis and 25 pounds on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance to sales staff, answering questions regarding design and technology.
• Conducts training when necessary.
• Provide marketing, planning and support for the sales of Datacom products and services for end users, Datacom installers, and for our sales team.
• Markets products via counter days, trade shows, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.
• Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested.
• Serves as the backup to the Inside Sales.
