Position summary: The Data Systems & Technology Manager is a technical leader who drives operational excellence through CRM management and technology adoption. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, this position combines technical expertise in data systems, analytics, and AI automation with a deep commitment to Branches' mission of partnering with families to build educational and financial assets, community, and hope. Key responsibilities include translating complex technical solutions into practical value for program staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
