You'll work within the Global Data Science & Gen AI team, supporting initiatives that span multiple regions. You'll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to help design, deploy, and monitor Agentic systems-AI-powered agents that automate tasks and drive intelligent decision-making. This role reports to the Manager, Agentic Delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of basic machine learning concepts
- Interest in generative AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM fine-tuning
- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and evaluating Agentic workflows and autonomous agents
- Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to inform agent behavior
- Collaborate on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and testing of LLM-based agents
- Help build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and impact
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business needs into AI use cases
- Document learnings and processes for internal knowledge sharing
