About The Position

Inside the Role This role is for the Business Intelligence and Analytics Architect and Project Lead for the Quality Management data analytics team. The position combines hands-on development of scalable data, analytics, and visualization tools with project leadership responsibilities. The role is accountable for architecting scalable data and analytics solutions, leading cross-functional delivery efforts, and developing high-impact tools and dashboards that support the Global Quality organization. The position is also responsible for providing direction to the product developers for the data analytics tools. The ideal candidate is an experienced data professional who can manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, from discovery and scoping to architecture, development, and rollout. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000 – $150,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. What You Drive at DTNA Lead analytics projects from ideation through delivery, including stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and user onboarding. Design and develop full-stack analytics applications and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across Quality and Manufacturing. Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and support scalable analytics use cases. Create intuitive and interactive visualizations that clearly communicate trends, patterns, and operational insights. Collaborate with Quality Management, engineering, manufacturing, warranty, and field service teams to define KPIs, metrics, and analytical requirements. Partner with cross-regional analytics and IT teams to ensure scalable architecture, data governance, and alignment to global strategies. Serve as a technical mentor to junior developers and analysts, providing guidance on best practices for development, architecture, and stakeholder engagement. Support the development of AI-driven and automation-focused tools using time-series analysis, ML-assisted analytics, and retrieval-augmented generation. Support the governance of user access, security controls, standards, and development templates across the Quality analytics ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, data engineering, or business intelligence.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry.
  • Palantir Foundry Data Engineer Certification
  • 3+ years experience serving as a Data Architect or Solution Architect for large-scale analytics platforms.
  • 2+ years experience working with Python, including experience with frameworks such as Pyspark, Typescript, or Pandas
  • 2+ years experience building and interacting with APIs and integrating multiple enterprise data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into scalable technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data marts, and data warehouses using SQL, Python, or SAP-based systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams or acting as a technical product owner.
  • Experience with ML model development or deploying AI-assisted tools in production analytics environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, and version control systems like GitHub or GitLab.
  • Experience developing or deploying agentic systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-based decision-support tools in production environments.
  • Prior experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar client-facing technical role.
