About The Position

Inside the Role The Business Intelligence and Analytics Developer is a key contributor within the Quality Management data analytics team. This position focuses on hands-on development of scalable data, analytics, and visualization tools that support the Global Quality organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who enjoys building robust solutions, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and improving the team’s technical capabilities. This role contributes to project execution but does not serve as the lead architect or primary project manager. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 – $133,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. What You Drive at DTNA Design, develop, and maintain full-stack analytics applications and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across Quality and Manufacturing. Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and support scalable analytics use cases. Create intuitive and interactive visualizations that clearly communicate trends, patterns, and operational insights. Collaborate with Quality Management, engineering, manufacturing, warranty, and field service teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Partner with cross-regional analytics and IT teams to ensure compatibility with established architecture, data governance frameworks, and global standards. Contribute to the development of AI-driven and automation-focused tools using time-series analysis, ML-assisted analytics, and retrieval-augmented generation. Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and support continuous improvement of team development standards. Assist with user onboarding, documentation, and troubleshooting to support successful tool adoption. Help maintain governance of user access, security controls, and development templates across the Quality analytics ecosystem. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, data engineering, or business intelligence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into scalable technical solutions. Prior experience developing in cloud environments or PaaS services such as Azure or AWS. Experience building and interacting with APIs and integrating multiple enterprise data sources. Knowledge of data modeling, data marts, and data warehouses using SQL, Python, or SAP-based systems. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Experience leading cross-functional project teams or acting as a technical product owner. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or Snowflake. Experience with ML model development or deploying AI-assisted tools in production analytics environments. Strong Python development skills or typescript Experience with CI/CD, containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, and version control systems like GitHub or GitLab. Requirements
