About The Position

Zonda Urban (ZU) is a market-leading research and advisory firm specializing in the collection and analysis of new multi-family residential development data across. ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and gain valuable experience in the residential development industry. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 20-30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product.

Requirements

  • A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information
  • Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development
  • Organized and resourceful with strong research skills and the ability to work from home, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases
  • Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban
  • Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product
  • Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy
  • Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities
  • Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.

Benefits

  • Flexible hours of approximately 20-30 hours per week at $20/hr.
  • Please note: This is not an internship. The position is a 1-year contract role, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 30hrs per week, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.
