About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Product Manager to drive the development and success of critical data solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data teams, ensuring that analytics, dashboards, and data platforms deliver measurable business value. You will own product roadmaps, define functional requirements, and prioritize initiatives that enhance decision-making across the organization. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be instrumental in shaping scalable, high-quality data products that empower teams to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical product management, data analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience working with data teams or leading data-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with MDM, data governance, data cataloging tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), SQL, or experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for key data products, including dashboards, data platforms, and machine learning pipelines.
  • Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and project briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, and cross-functional teams to define solution scope and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the voice of internal data consumers and advocate for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for data products, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and governance.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and acceptance testing, while supporting daily standups and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify opportunities to create business value through data insights, automation, and process improvements.
