About The Position

Ready for a challenge? Then Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We’re a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe. About this role At JET, we are moving beyond just "having data" - we are building Data Products. We need a mid-level Product Manager who is equally interested in the "bread-making machine" (the platforms) and "the bread" (the actual data assets). You will start by owning our Customer and Behavioral Data domain, ensuring that every event captured translates into growth, loyalty, and smarter business decisions. These are some of the key components to the position: Own the Data Product: Treat our behavioral and customer data assets as a product. You will define the roadmap for how we capture, model, and serve user data to the rest of the organisation. Embed Product Thinking: Act as a bridge-builder. You will help the central data team move from "ticket-takers" to "problem-solvers" by defining clear outcomes, KPIs, and user personas for our data assets. Orchestrate the Data Chain: You are the bridge. You’ll partner upstream with the Analytics Platform team (Snowplow) to ensure high-quality data capture, and downstream with Marketing, Product, and Customer Data Platform teams to ensure that data powers CAC, CLV, and attribution insights. Ruthless Prioritization: Navigate a high-volume intake of requests from stakeholders and senior leadership. You’ll use data-backed reasoning to decide what we build now, what we build later, and what we say "no" to. Continuous Discovery: Conduct continuous discovery with internal stakeholders to understand their pain points. You don't just deliver a table; you deliver a solution that solves a business problem. What will you bring to the team? Product Foundational Skills: Experience in Product Management. You know how to run a discovery session, prioritize a roadmap based on impact, and communicate "the why" to both devs and stakeholders. Data Domain Fluency: You understand the "Full Stack" of event-based tracking (GA4/Snowplow) and how it transforms into business-critical concepts like Marketing Attribution and Funnel Analysis. Flexibility & Curiosity: You are a Product Generalist. While you start in Customer Data, you are excited by the prospect of applying your PM toolkit to new, emerging data and platform domains as our central strategy evolves. Stakeholder Mastery and Influence: You can hold your own in a room with a Lead Data Engineer and a Head of Marketing, ensuring both sides feel heard and aligned, translating complex data concepts into clear business value. Flexibility & Curiosity: You are a Product Generalist. While you start in Customer Data, you are excited by the prospect of applying your PM toolkit to new, emerging data domains as our central strategy evolves. Bias for Action: You are curious and resilient. You don't wait for a perfect brief; you go out and find where the friction is and propose a way to fix it. At JET, this is how we play Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
