Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, analytics support, or similar hands-on roles
  • Proactive by nature — you don’t just execute tasks, you improve how things are done
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working deeply with large amounts of data
  • Strong organizational thinker who enjoys creating order and structure
  • Able to take a project from idea to completion
  • Clear communicator who documents processes and explains decisions well
  • Strong Excel / SQL skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive data tasks when needed
  • Basic Python Skills
  • Experience with no-code/automation tools
  • Understanding of ML trends and experience leveraging AI tools to support operational workflows
  • Familiarity with data validation, cleaning, or quality control processes

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day data operations for a core business data domain, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and reliable
  • Organize and maintain large datasets, improving consistency, completeness, and usability
  • Use AI tools to streamline classification, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Initiate and lead improvement projects that increase data quality and team efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product, CX, and other stakeholders to support data-related initiatives
  • Translate business needs into structured data processes
