What You'll Do: Under the direction of the Office of Data and Efficiency’s Data Professional Development Manager, performs non-routine administrative duties; formulates and implements program policies and practices. Supports enterprise-wide initiatives related to the data professional development program, the LeanOhio program, and organizational change management. Drives engagement, learning, and adoption of best practices to advance data literacy, innovation, and advancing data professionals across agencies for the Data Analytics Learning Center and other related programs. Manages program operations, coordinates events, oversees learning systems, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. Provides statewide program direction for the Data Community of Practice (CoP), formulates and provides systems improvement support for the LeanOhio program.
