The organization is hiring a full-time Data Integrity Specialist at its Calumet Location to contribute to its mission.

Requirements

• Some experience in related field.
• Some computer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide customer service, administrative, and data entry.
• Ability to work well with clients and staff.
• Organized and able to multi-task.
• Highschool Diploma/GED.
• At least 2 years' experience working with homeless population and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks.
• Driving for work required with transportation of clients required in a personally owned vehicle.
• Travel between sites required.

Responsibilities

• Review all general information, goals, goal descriptions, signatures and goal completion are completed appropriately and legibly on the IAP.
• Make sure all appropriate verification is provided; and accompanying contact notes support the IAP.
• Enter goals into the Client Management Database - HMIS.
• Act as a liaison between family coach and landlord for any apartment concerns and lease renewals.
• Conduct apartment inspections as needed.
• Ensure the information entered into the Client Management Database aligns with the client’s individual files.
• Compile a spreadsheet to document all data entered into the data management systems.
• Proficient with the data management systems and the ability to pull reports.
• Filing of documentation and support internal auditing of client record keeping ensuring compliance with expectations.
• Works within contract, grant, and program requirements including meeting timelines and reporting requirements.
• Takes responsibility for own professional development and other developmental opportunities within and outside the agency.
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
• Accountable for providing exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
