About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Data Integrity Specialist, who can perform various clerical functions per company and government guidelines and regulations. Major Duties and Responsibilities for this role will include: Preparing folders for new student arrivals Establishing and maintaining files for recording students' academic and Career Technical Training Progress, pay status, travel, clothing allowances status, attendance reports, and other required information Maintaining accurate accountability of records in correlation with (CIS) Center Information Systems, including tracking and follow-up of missing documentation via weekly audits, in compliance with the Center's Quality Assurance Plan Reviews for accuracy and processes transportation requests for student and new arrivals Processing student travel itineraries Distributes tickets and completes meal money requests as needed Answers routine questions regarding students' leave time, transportation, clothing allotments, etc. Maintain files on correspondences sent, received, and, or which require further actions Completing weekly auditing functions. Other pertinent tasks as assigned by the department manager. Note: This job description is not all-inclusive. You will perform other related duties to ensure the ongoing needs of the organization are being met.

Requirements

  • Meticulous documentation and record-keeping skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of records management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of computerized records-keeping system
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to effectively operate office equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED. One year of recordkeeping, or clerical experience
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing folders for new student arrivals
