The Opportunity: The Data Integrity Assistant assists and supports the HRIS and HR Reporting & Analytics team by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee data across HR systems. This role is responsible for corrective data entry, validation, auditing, and maintenance tasks, and plays a key part in upholding data quality standards that support HR operations and reporting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with data, records, or detailed information in an academic or administrative setting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for basic tasks such as data entry, sorting, filtering, and reviewing information for accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data cleanup projects and system updates, following established data governance and confidentiality protocols.
  • Perform routine audits to identify and correct data discrepancies, through individual record (EE) reviews and through the use of data extracts and reports.
  • Update/correct employee information in HR systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Enter employee information in HR systems with a high level of accuracy (new records)
  • Assist with maintenance of documentation of data entry procedures and update as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent data practices.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding employee data and escalate issues as appropriate.
