The Data Integrity Advisor is a strategic member of the Data Advocacy team, dedicated to advancing the use of data to improve outcomes for children and families. This role bridges the gap between complex data analysis and action-oriented decision-making. This role engages with internal and external partners – including child welfare leaders, Tribal leaders, legislators, individuals with lived experience – to support Data Advocacy’s core strategies: create analysis, presentations and visualizations for communicating and monitoring progress on key outcomes; collaborate with a broad range of thought partners on the strategic use of data to drive excellence; contribute to the development and evolution of the infrastructure to equitably and effectively use, store, and share data; connect child welfare data leaders across the country to dialogue about key analytical issues and surface new insights; and champion the development of data fluency and critical thinking to facilitate outcome-focused decision making.
