About The Position

This project is called Project Pecan , and the goal of this project is to improve the quality of an AI chatbot, primarily aims at evaluating data created by AI CHATBOTS and labelling all content that may be deemed sensitive in nature as per client policy. Our data evaluators will be evaluating the data generated by AI CHATBOTS and identify if the data generated follows all rules and guidelines laid out by the client. They will be identifying if the data generated by the CHATBOT is a good one or bad one. All tasks for this project will be completed on the client’s tool. Details will be shared later. It's worth knowing that this project deals with some sensitive content, which is why the project is onsite at the Redmond office. While the project is only text-based at the moment (no video, audio, or image content), candidates will have to work with discriminatory language, offensive content, CSAM content, etc. Because of the nature of this content, a wellness program will be provided and there will be frequent breaks while working.

Requirements

  • The content to be tagged might be of triggering nature. Must ensure that they are comfortable with this before applying. Endorsed candidates will receive more information about the nature of the material for this project. Applicants who wish to avoid triggering material are encouraged to reconsider applying.
  • Must be willing to work in office, within the Centific Redmond office.
  • We expect 8 hours a day to be spent on this project, with time allotted for breaks. The project work will take place in a secure office, with no phones or cameras permitted inside the work room. Personal items may be accessed during breaks; breaks are expected to occur every 45 minutes.
  • Must have expert command of the English Language.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in online communication.
  • Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality.
  • Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Good to have second language skills in Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguese/Russian/Korean/Chinese (Mandarin)/Pidgin
  • Background in social engineering, sociology, or linguistics (Preferred).
  • Diversity Training is an additional plus.

Responsibilities

  • Content Labeling
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and labeling a large set of sensitive data (CSAM, PII, Legal, Sexual, dehumanizing, etc...)
  • Sifting through client data and labelling according to provided guidelines.
  • Judging the validity of client data.
  • Keeping up on guideline changes and suggesting them as needed.
  • Reporting all issues/errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client expectations for throughput and hours.
