About The Position

This role is a Full-Time, Seasonal, beginning in February and extending through April/May. This is a role that provides administrative and data entry support to the tax team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial and tax-related information. The position also supports accountants and tax staff with general administrative and data-related tasks during peak periods. Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update financial and tax data accurately into firm systems and tax software
  • Scan, organize, label, and maintain digital client files to support tax preparation and review
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy, flagging discrepancies to the tax team
  • Support accountants and tax staff with administrative and data-related tasks during peak periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal staff and external clients with professional demeanor
