Role Overview: The STAT project supports Civil and Transmission Engineering teams with accurately reviewing and entering data related to engineering, design, and field work. We support the prioritization and management of their engineering processes for a plethora of stakeholders. Your efforts will support our commitment to maintaining a unified system of records and facilitating informed decision-making. As a Data Entry Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our data, supporting our mission to deliver superior value to our clients through accurate and reliable quality management practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, effectively, and proactively
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong desire to learn with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role, preferably within an engineering or quality management environment
  • Experience with data management tools, like SAP

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data related to engineering design and field work into our systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital records, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and field crews to collect necessary documentation, including construction completion photos and field reports.
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies or anomalies in data and alert the respective teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a reliable foundation of information to facilitate communication, progress tracking, and decision making.
  • Adhere to data management protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
