Requirements

• Competent math, grammar, organization and spelling skills
• Competent keyboard skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings
• Able to work as an individual or with team
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer order, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets.
• Process releases of “C” and “M” orders
• Data entry of sales orders, inventory transactions, location transfers
• Open and close manufacturing orders for repetitive cell work
• Work with Purchasing Manager, Sales & Production
• Check on late orders
• Performs other duties as assigned
• File future orders
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
