About The Position

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting data and updating existing records in digital databases. This role ensures that information is maintained with precision and supports the smooth operation of business processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in GMP regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from hard copy documents into digital databases.
  • Update and maintain production information in the database.
  • Review data for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Operate common office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
