About The Position

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position, you will be responsible for purchase order data entry in our Purchasing Group.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum experience with Data Entry.
• Position requires candidate to type 60+ wpm with excellent computer skills.
• Candidate must possess analytical aptitude, effective oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be accurate, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized and a self-starter
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Purchase order and subcontract purchase order entry on internal system.
• Extensive Data Entry
• Receive packing slips into the AS400
• Help with miscellaneous purchasing function
• Other duties as assigned.
