About The Position

The Data Entry Clerk will support the Accounting team, process invoices, enter purchase orders, and help with administrative tasks. The role is from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, fully in the office.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working in a Data Entry or Administrative role.

Nice To Haves

  • AP experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and payments weekly.
  • Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and match purchase orders.
  • Support the accounting department in an administrative capacity and help with ad hoc projects.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, organize data, and update spreadsheets
