About The Position

Anchor Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team in Stafford, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, data accuracy, and supporting property management operations. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining databases, tracking utilities, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments such as Accounting and Property Management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with online data management programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Property management experience

Responsibilities

  • Turn utilities on and off and update the utility tracking spreadsheet
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain internal databases
  • Open and process utility bills, add them to tracking spreadsheets, and distribute to Accounting or Property Managers as needed
  • Request utility deposits from Accounting and coordinate with utility companies
  • Track and process utility deposit refunds
  • Maintain the ShowMojo G4 smart lock tracking spreadsheet
  • Enter and maintain data within the AppFolio online database
  • Manage the HVAC filter program, including:
  • Adding or removing service addresses weekly
  • Confirming monthly invoices
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Organize, file, and scan documents
  • Support the office with additional administrative duties as assigned
