About The Position

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk I to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the United States. As a Data Entry Clerk I, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining our databases. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality and security protocols
  • Able to work remotely and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and correct any errors in the data
  • Maintain and update our databases
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents
  • Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct any discrepancies
  • Follow data entry procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
