About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Quality Analyst to support healthcare and Medicaid-related data initiatives. This role focuses on reviewing, entering, validating, and processing member or enrollee records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established healthcare and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured processes, sensitive information, and high-volume data in a compliance-driven environment. Role Impact This role plays an important part in supporting healthcare program integrity and regulatory compliance. Accurate and timely data processing helps ensure eligibility determinations, reporting accuracy, and alignment with federal and state healthcare program requirements, including Medicaid-related standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in data entry, data processing, healthcare administration, or compliance support preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, including system navigation and accurate data input
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed, rule-based processes
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused on repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working with confidential or regulated information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare benefits, or public assistance programs
  • Familiarity with eligibility verification, documentation review, or compliance-based workflows
  • Experience in data quality, auditing, or quality assurance
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and process healthcare or benefits-related records within internal systems
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency
  • Validate documentation related to eligibility, enrollment, or lawful presence requirements
  • Advance records through defined workflow queues according to established procedures
  • Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies or missing information
  • Ensure data handling aligns with Medicaid guidelines, internal policies, and compliance standards
  • Meet productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks
  • Handle confidential and sensitive health information in accordance with privacy regulations
