About The Position

Client located in Minneapolis is currently looking to make an addition to their operations team, due to promotion. This private organization is a leader in office space planning, design and installation. The Inventory Data Analyst will be entering all the product that is coming in and out of the warehouse as well as job costing. There is a team of Designers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Account Managers and Leadership that will provide additional tasks, when needed. The right candidate will be responsible for the daily and long term support of all Operations Inventory. Responsibilities Include Documenting the work orders that are being produced from the Project Coordinators Product is shipped in for customer installations and they store the product until the installation at the client site. When the product comes in this needs to be documented into inventory and the warehouse needs support with packing list by providing data entry into (CORE), which is an inventory database for their furniture/product. This job will entail administrative support to the logistics of the warehouse – shipping and receiving. This will sit in an office setting, there is an hour of the day where they will be in the wood shop, filing. 30% entry of job costing into CORE (company database) 50% entry of Inventory and product coming into warehouse 20% generating reporting through templates already generated
