About The Position

As the school’s Data Coordinator, you will lead all MTSS Academic & SEL data systems, ensuring staff have the tools, training, and insights needed to support every student. You will: On-Site (36 Visits Per Year) ✔ Facilitate weekly MTSS data meetings with teachers & administrators ✔ Observe classrooms and guide data-driven instruction ✔ Lead 3 full-staff trainings (beginning, mid-year, end-of-year) ✔ Collaborate face-to-face to strengthen Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports Virtual (Weekly) ✔ Deliver weekly virtual coaching sessions ✔ Provide email/video PD, “tidbits,” resources, and guidance ✔ Build and maintain digital data dashboards ✔ Produce monthly analyses, trend reports, and board/Cognia-ready summaries ✔ Host virtual MTSS meetings and intervention planning sessions This role is perfect for a professional who enjoys both in-person school engagement and flexible remote work. Requirements

  • Background in MTSS, SEL, data coaching, assessment, or school improvement
  • Experience as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, or specialist
  • Skilled at translating data into clear, actionable insights
  • Able to lead meetings, deliver PD, and work with diverse teams
  • Comfortable guiding both virtual and in-person discussions
  • Confident with data systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting
  • Able to manage documentation, reporting, and compliance
  • Able to travel to Belcourt, ND up to 36 times per year
  • Able to work remotely the rest of the time
