About The Position

The Data and Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. This role demonstrates the positive impact on individuals served and their communities, drives strategic improvements, and enhances organizational accountability and transparency. The specialist prepares reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and impact management software.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SureImpact or similar case management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and community partners.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent travel to locations and offices within the service area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain impact measurement software (e.g., SureImpact).
  • Ensure timely and accurate data collection, entry, and integrity across all programs.
  • Maintain the systematic integrity of SureImpact and other software platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management handbook.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability across systems.
  • Collect and organize data for key performance indicators.
  • Compile and submit service line reports for National Easterseals.
  • Establish policies and practices to ensure data compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Policy Committee to develop standards for data collection, storage, and sharing.
  • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, FREPA and County Boards of Developmental Disabilities standards.
  • Collect, track, analyze, and report data to assess the effectiveness of Adult Day, Adult In-Home, and Early Intervention services.
  • Conduct regular internal quality assurance reviews to monitor program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with program teams and leadership to produce data-driven reports.
  • Develop survey objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and distribute surveys focused on client satisfaction, needs, and program improvement.
  • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create action plans based on identified priorities and gaps.
  • Provide program data reports to support fundraising efforts.
  • Participate in SureImpact training, community workshops, and conferences.
  • Train staff or coordinate training sessions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
